Client Advisor (Seasonal)
Louis Vuitton seeks a Seasonal Client Advisor in Madrid—temporary full-time role delivering exceptional luxury client service (English & Spanish required).

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized, impeccable client experience that reflects Louis Vuitton standards and brand promise.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets; contribute proactively to store performance and commercial initiatives.
- Welcome clients, advise across product categories and tailor recommendations to clients’ needs and preferences.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships using clienteling techniques and proactive outreach.
- Participate in store activities as a collaborative team member and support merchandising, inventory and presentation standards.
- Acquire and maintain deep product and brand knowledge; adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming and behavioural standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including weekends, for the summer season.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or luxury is desirable but not mandatory.
- Professional or tertiary studies in sales, marketing or tourism are valued but not required.
- Strong commercial orientation, empathy, curiosity and ability to perform in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience; experience in retail, hospitality or the luxury sector is preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; higher vocational or tertiary studies in sales, marketing or tourism are advantageous.
