Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring every Client receives the Louis Vuitton standard of service.
  • Welcome and guide Clients, advising across all product categories and brand touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain long-term Client relationships by proactively engaging and leveraging clienteling tools.
  • Drive personal and store sales objectives and be accountable for achieving individual targets.
  • Collaborate with the team in-store activities and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge to inform Client recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the Brand and strong interest in luxury fashion.
  • Professional attitude, strong team spirit, responsibility and ownership.
  • Fluent English; Dutch language skills are strongly preferred.
  • Availability to work evening shifts (5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.), five days per week.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exemplary service.

Experience

Entry-level role; no extensive professional experience required. Prior retail or client-facing experience in luxury or premium retail environments is an advantage.

Education
