Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences that reflect the Louis Vuitton promise and elevate brand perception.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and contribute to store performance.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using the brand’s in-house clienteling tools and systems.
- Advise clients across all product categories, demonstrating comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Participate in ongoing product, visual and service training; apply learnings on the sales floor to maximise commercial opportunity.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to maintain merchandise standards, store presentation and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of client-facing experience; prior experience in luxury or high-end retail strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an advisory selling approach.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Right to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience, preferably within luxury or high-end retail, with demonstrable sales performance and relationship-building success.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, fashion, business or a related field is an advantage.
