Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences that reflect the Louis Vuitton promise and elevate brand perception.
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives and contribute to store performance.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using the brand’s in-house clienteling tools and systems.
  • Advise clients across all product categories, demonstrating comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Participate in ongoing product, visual and service training; apply learnings on the sales floor to maximise commercial opportunity.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues to maintain merchandise standards, store presentation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of client-facing experience; prior experience in luxury or high-end retail strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable commercial results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an advisory selling approach.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Right to work in the United States.

Experience
