Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for sales results.
- Welcome each client and provide an exceptional client experience.
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging various clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
- Perform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Follow the company's policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Full-time diploma or higher education.
- Two or more years of experience in luxury retail or a related service industry.
- Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, and watches is preferred.
- Proactive sales awareness and service skills.
- Diligent, eager to learn, with a strong team spirit.
- Fluent in Mandarin; basic English skills are preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
