Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to clientele, anticipating and fulfilling client needs to create memorable experiences.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client interaction reflects Louis Vuitton standards and values.
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives through proactive client engagement, relationship building and personalised selling.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and follow-up processes to drive retention and repeat business.
  • Acquire and maintain thorough product knowledge across fashion and leather goods to offer informed, tailored advice.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues to sustain a positive, high‑energy boutique environment and contribute to visual merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury or high‑end market (or proven experience in a customer‑centric role).
  • Demonstrated commercial mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain long‑term client relationships and deliver bespoke clienteling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity for a diverse, international clientele.
  • Motivated, curious and committed to continuous learning and professional development in luxury retail.

Experience
