Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for results.
- Welcome clients and provide an exceptional client experience.
- Advise clients across all product categories, ensuring comprehensive brand representation.
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, fostering brand loyalty through clienteling tools.
- Participate as a team player in all activities contributing to the store's objectives.
- Master brand and product knowledge.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and behavior standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality, particularly in luxury, is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Professional studies in sales, marketing, or tourism are valued but not required.
- Availability to work full time, including weekends.
