Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, taking responsibility for sales results.
  • Welcome each client and deliver the best client experience.
  • Assist clients in purchasing all Louis Vuitton products.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients using various clienteling tools to promote brand loyalty.
  • Excel in teamwork and participate in all activities contributing to the boutique's overall objectives.
  • Master the brand and possess in-depth product knowledge.
  • Adhere to Louis Vuitton's standards of care and conduct.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail.

Skills

Strong clienteling abilities. Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Flexibility and problem-solving capabilities. Availability on weekends. Proficiency in English (B2 level); knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Good knowledge of Excel and ease with IT systems.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail sector is required.
