Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, taking responsibility for sales outcomes.
  • Welcome each client and deliver the highest level of client experience.
  • Assist clients in purchasing Louis Vuitton products.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients using various clienteling tools to promote brand loyalty.
  • Excel in teamwork and participate in all activities contributing to the boutique's overall objectives.
  • Master the brand and possess in-depth product knowledge.
  • Adhere to Louis Vuitton's brand standards in terms of care and behavior.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, minimum of 3 years.
  • Fluency in English (B2 level); knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Exceptional clienteling abilities. Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Flexibility and problem-solving capabilities. Availability to work on weekends. Proficiency in Excel and ease with IT systems.

Experience

A minimum of three years of experience in the retail sector is required.
