Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an impeccable, personalised client experience that aligns with Louis Vuitton standards and elevates brand perception.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador in every client interaction, representing product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives through proactive client engagement, relationship building and strategic selling.
- Use in‑house clienteling tools and systems to maintain and develop long-term client relationships, ensuring personalised follow-up.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a welcoming, dynamic retail environment and support collective store performance.
- Continuously develop product and market knowledge to provide bespoke advice and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience; prior experience in a high‑end or luxury environment strongly preferred.
- Proven commercial mindset with a demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrated aptitude for client relationship building and clienteling, with meticulous attention to client needs and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to engage a diverse, international clientele.
- Self-motivated, curious and committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury or high‑end market, with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further study in sales, fashion, retail or hospitality is advantageous.
