Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for sales results.
- Welcome each client and provide an exceptional client experience.
- Advise clients across all brand and product categories.
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
- Master brand and product knowledge.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required. A background in retail or hospitality, particularly within the luxury sector, is advantageous.
Education
Professional studies in sales, marketing, or tourism are valued but not mandatory.
