Louis Vuitton seeks a Part-time Client Advisor in Luxembourg to deliver exceptional client service, drive sales and build long-term client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador of the Brand by delivering a consistently exceptional, personalised client experience in accordance with Louis Vuitton standards.
  • Proactively engage and reach out to clients to develop long-term relationships and foster brand loyalty through targeted clienteling activities.
  • Drive and achieve individual and store sales objectives; be accountable for meeting personal and team targets.
  • Learn and maintain comprehensive product and brand knowledge to advise clients and guide purchase decisions.
  • Participate as an active team-player in all store initiatives and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Uphold brand grooming, presentation and behavioural standards at all times.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and visual merchandising directives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail or premium client-facing sales roles.
  • Fluent in English and French; proficiency in Luxembourgish and/or German is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated commercial mindset with a proactive approach to prospecting and client development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, discreet manner appropriate for high-net-worth clientele.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, with strong organisational attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to upholding luxury service standards.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in sales, retail or luxury goods preferred.
