Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Advisor in Lisbon to deliver bespoke luxury client experiences; full‑time, on‑site role.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a highly personalized, memorable client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton promise, welcoming and advising clients across all product categories.
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives; be accountable for personal sales results and contribute to store targets.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, proactively engaging clients beyond the boutique and leveraging clienteling tools to foster loyalty.
- Act as a committed team player, participating in store activities and initiatives that support overall commercial performance.
- Acquire and master brand and product knowledge to provide expert advice and accurate client recommendations.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming and conduct standards and follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages considered an asset.
- Minimum 3 years' client‑facing experience; backgrounds in retail or hospitality are valued and luxury experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrable consultative selling ability and a commercial mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
- Personal qualities: curiosity, empathy, agility in fast‑paced environments, responsibility and ownership.
- Availability to work up to 40 hours per week, including weekends; flexibility for seasonal/temporary assignments may be required.
- Professional studies in sales & marketing or tourism are appreciated but not mandatory.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years' client‑facing experience; retail or hospitality experience preferred. Previous luxury retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Professional superior studies in sales & marketing and/or tourism are valued but not required.
