Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for sales results.
- Welcome every client and provide the best client experience.
- Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
- Perform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
- Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
- Follow the company's policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Full-time diploma or higher education level.
- Two or more years of experience in luxury retail or a related service industry.
- Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, or watch products is preferred.
- Proactive sales awareness and service skills.
- Diligent, eager to learn, with a strong team spirit.
- Fluent in Mandarin, with basic English skills preferred.
- Basic computer operation skills.
