Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for sales results.
  • Welcome every client and provide an exceptional client experience.
  • Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging various clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
  • Perform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
  • Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
  • Follow the company's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Full-time college degree or above.
  • Two or more years of experience in luxury retail or related service industry.
  • Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, and watches is preferred.

Skills

Proactive sales awareness and service skills. Diligent, eager to learn, with strong team spirit. Fluent in Mandarin, with proficiency in everyday English preferred. Basic computer skills.

Experience

Two or more years of experience in luxury retail or related service industry.

Education

Full-time college degree or above.
