Louis Vuitton — Venice: Client Advisor Intern (Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza). Full‑time internship and Master programme with in‑store placement, Feb–Dec 2026.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured 1,500‑hour programme combining classroom lectures, personal study and an 840‑hour in‑store internship at an LVMH Maison.
  • Attend Master Classes and Maison visits focused on sales excellence, client experience and luxury product knowledge.
  • Develop clienteling and sales skills through supervised customer interactions, role plays and live store duties.
  • Support daily store operations during the internship placement, including client service, merchandising and sales administration.
  • Prepare for and participate in assessment days, interviews and evaluations conducted by Gi Group and LVMH HR representatives.

Qualifications

  • Italian Laurea Triennale (Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent command of Italian and English (C1 level).
  • Basic knowledge of a third language is desirable (preferred: Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean or Arabic).
  • Strong interest in luxury goods, customer service and retail sales.
  • Open to unemployed or early‑career candidates seeking first professional experience in luxury retail.

Experience
