Role & Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, maintaining accountability for sales results.
• Welcome each client warmly and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Advise clients across all brand and product categories with expertise and elegance.
• Engage with clients to cultivate long-term relationships, utilizing various clienteling tools to enhance brand loyalty.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player, contributing to the store's overall objectives.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand and its products.
• Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and behavioral standards.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Skills

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, particularly within the luxury sector, although not mandatory.

Education

Professional studies in sales, marketing, or tourism are valued but not required.
