Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, utilizing clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.

  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand and its products.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in retail or a service-oriented industry.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
