Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets, taking accountability for sales results.
  • Welcome every client and provide the best client experience.
  • Advise clients on the brand and all product categories.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients using various clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
  • Participate in activities that contribute to the overall objectives of the store as a team member.
  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
  • Respect Louis Vuitton's grooming and behavior standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Full-time college degree or above.
  • Over two years of experience in luxury retail or related service industries.
  • Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, and watches is preferred.
  • Proactive sales awareness and service skills.
  • Diligent, eager to learn, with a strong team spirit.
  • Proficient in Mandarin; basic English skills are preferred.
  • Basic computer operation skills.
