Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets, taking accountability for sales results.
- Welcome every client and provide the best client experience.
- Advise clients on the brand and all product categories.
- Build long-term relationships with clients using various clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
- Participate in activities that contribute to the overall objectives of the store as a team member.
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
- Respect Louis Vuitton's grooming and behavior standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Full-time college degree or above.
- Over two years of experience in luxury retail or related service industries.
- Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, and watches is preferred.
- Proactive sales awareness and service skills.
- Diligent, eager to learn, with a strong team spirit.
- Proficient in Mandarin; basic English skills are preferred.
- Basic computer operation skills.
