Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences that reflect the Louis Vuitton promise and brand standards.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive prospecting, follow-up and use of in‑house clienteling tools and systems.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through a strategic commercial approach and tailored client advice.
- Provide product expertise and visual merchandising support to present the assortment consistently with brand directives.
- Manage client appointments, enquiries and CRM records accurately to maximise retention and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure operational excellence, stock availability and a seamless in‑store experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of client‑facing retail experience; experience within high‑end or luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
- Proven commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrable aptitude for building long‑term client relationships and delivering bespoke service.
- Availability to work on‑site with flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by store schedule.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of client‑facing retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands, with demonstrable sales results and client development expertise.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary education in Business, Fashion, Retail or a related field is preferred.
