Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the brand, delivering a personalised and exemplary client experience at every contact point.
- Proactively cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through targeted clienteling and CRM activities to drive loyalty and repeat purchase.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and be accountable for sales results.
- Advise clients across the full product range and guide them through the brand's assortment to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Participate in team initiatives and store activities that contribute to overall commercial objectives.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product and brand knowledge and adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming and behaviour standards.
- Comply with company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, boutique or high-end customer-facing sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to use clienteling/CRM tools to manage a customer portfolio.
- Ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive experience in luxury retail, boutique sales or an equivalent customer-facing environment with demonstrable sales results and client development responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in sales, retail or luxury fashion is a plus.
