Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador of the brand, delivering a personalised and exemplary client experience at every contact point.
  • Proactively cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through targeted clienteling and CRM activities to drive loyalty and repeat purchase.
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives and be accountable for sales results.
  • Advise clients across the full product range and guide them through the brand's assortment to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Participate in team initiatives and store activities that contribute to overall commercial objectives.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product and brand knowledge and adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming and behaviour standards.
  • Comply with company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, boutique or high-end customer-facing sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to use clienteling/CRM tools to manage a customer portfolio.
  • Ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
