Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and remain accountable for personal sales performance
  • Welcome each client and deliver an exemplary, personalised luxury shopping experience
  • Support and advise clients across the full Louis Vuitton product range to close sales
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Contribute proactively to team objectives and boutique initiatives
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth product knowledge and mastery of the brand's codes
  • Adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming, conduct and retail standards and follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' client-facing retail experience, preferably within luxury goods
  • Proven clienteling and relationship-management capability
  • Commercial mindset with curiosity, empathy and agility
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English
  • Availability to work weekends and flexibility to meet boutique needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach
  • Proficiency with Excel and comfort using retail IT systems

Experience

At least 3 years of direct retail or client-facing sales experience, preferably within the luxury fashion or leather goods sector, with demonstrable success in client acquisition and retention.

Education
