Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, taking responsibility for sales outcomes.
- Welcome each client and deliver the highest level of client experience.
- Assist clients in purchasing Louis Vuitton products.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients using various clienteling tools to promote brand loyalty.
- Excel in teamwork and participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the boutique.
- Master the brand and possess in-depth product knowledge.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton's brand standards in terms of care and behavior.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Belonging to Protected Categories under L.68/99.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Availability to work on weekends.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in retail is required.
