Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering a consistent Louis Vuitton client experience and upholding the brand promise at every touchpoint.
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives by driving conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
  • Develop deep Brand and product knowledge and advise clients across all product categories.
  • Use clienteling tools and systems to identify client needs, tailor in-store experiences and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Provide personalized advisory service to a diverse, international clientele and ensure impeccable in-store presentation and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing or retail experience; previous experience in luxury or high-end retail preferred.
  • Demonstrable sales orientation with a commercial mindset and evidence of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable learning and using clienteling tools and internal store systems.
  • Ambitious, curious and customer-focused approach with a professional presentation appropriate for a luxury environment.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of customer-facing or retail experience, preferably within a luxury or high-end retail environment.

Education
