Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and share in-depth expertise in Men's Ready-to-Wear, enhancing the store's performance.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences by building strong and lasting relationships with clients.
  • Animate the Men's RTW category by sharing relevant information with the team and implementing strategies to recruit and retain customers.
  • Coach and inspire team members to achieve sales goals while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Stay at the forefront of market trends and collections, integrating this knowledge into interactions and sales.
  • Actively contribute to a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere, supporting the diversity of viewpoints and experiences within the team.

Qualifications

  • Successful experience in sales, ideally in a retail or luxury environment.
  • Proven experience in Men's RTW with advanced product and technical knowledge.
  • GIA certification is a plus.

Skills

Passion for luxury and product expertise in Men's RTW. Natural mentoring ability to inspire and elevate others. Goal-oriented with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in French or Dutch, and English. Proactive and solution-oriented attitude. Team spirit and openness to diversity.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
