Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exemplary client experience aligned with Louis Vuitton standards at every customer touchpoint.
- Drive and achieve individual and store sales objectives; be accountable for personal sales results.
- Proactively engage and cultivate long-term client relationships through targeted outreach and clienteling tools.
- Collaborate as an active team player in store initiatives and daily operations to support overall business goals.
- Develop and maintain authoritative product and brand knowledge to advise clients effectively.
- Uphold brand grooming, presentation and behavioral standards at all times.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong command of Danish and English (oral and written).
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to client acquisition and retention.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and perform reliably in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized and professional in presentation and conduct.
- Available to work weekends and peak retail hours.
- Team player who contributes positively to store dynamics and objectives.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level position suitable for candidates at the beginning of their retail career; previous customer-facing or luxury retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent). Vocational retail or luxury retail training is an advantage.
