Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for sales results.
  • Welcome each client and provide an exceptional client experience.
  • Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
  • Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
  • Participate as a team player in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
  • Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
  • Follow the company’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Full-time diploma or higher education.
  • Two or more years of experience in luxury retail or related service industry.
  • Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, and watches is preferred.
  • Proactive sales awareness and service skills.
  • Diligent, eager to learn, with strong team collaboration spirit.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, with conversational English preferred.
  • Basic computer operation skills.

Skills

Exceptional client service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in clienteling and relationship building. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of luxury fashion products.

Experience

A minimum of two years' experience in luxury retail or a related service industry is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, and watches.

Education
