Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for sales results.
  • Welcome each client and deliver the highest standard of client experience.
  • Advise clients on the brand and all product categories.
  • Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
  • Participate as a team player in all activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Full-time diploma or higher education degree.
  • Over two years of experience in luxury retail or related service industry.
  • Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, and watches is preferred.
  • Proactive sales awareness and service skills.
  • Diligent, eager to learn, with a strong team spirit.
  • Standard Mandarin proficiency, conversational English is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
