Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for sales results.

- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
- Perform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge.

Qualifications
- Full-time college diploma or higher education.
- Two or more years of experience in luxury retail or related service industries.
- Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, and watches is preferred.
- Proactive sales awareness and service skills.
- Diligent, eager to learn, and possesses strong team spirit.
- Proficiency in Mandarin; basic English skills are preferred.
- Basic computer operation skills.
