Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, being accountable for sales results.
  • Welcome every client and provide the best client experience, fostering brand loyalty.
  • Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships using various clienteling tools.
  • Participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store as a team player.
  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Full-time diploma or higher education.
  • Two or more years of experience in luxury retail or a related service industry.
  • Background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, or watches is preferred.
  • Proactive sales mindset and service skills.
  • Diligent, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, with basic English skills preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
