Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales goals, taking accountability for sales results.
  • Welcome each client and provide the best client experience.
  • Advise clients across all product categories and the brand.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients using various clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
  • Participate as a team member in activities that contribute to the overall objectives of the store.
  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and behavior standards.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Full-time college diploma or higher education level.

Skills

Proactive sales awareness and service skills. Diligent, eager to learn, with a strong team spirit. Proficiency in Mandarin; basic English skills are preferred. Basic computer operation skills.

Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in luxury retail or a related service industry is required. A background in high-end ready-to-wear, footwear, or watch products is preferred.

Education

Full-time college diploma or higher.
