Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring accountability for sales results.
- Welcome each client and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Assist clients in purchasing a wide range of Louis Vuitton products.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients using various clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
- Excel in teamwork and participate in all activities contributing to the boutique's overall objectives.
- Master the brand and possess in-depth product knowledge.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton's brand standards in terms of care and conduct.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduate or recent graduate, even without retail experience.
- Strong clienteling skills.
- Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset.
- Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
