Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service across all touchpoints, building long-term relationships and driving client loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store commercial objectives through effective client prospecting, conversion and after-sales follow-up.
  • Uphold Maison standards of visual presentation, product knowledge and service etiquette, ensuring a consistent luxury experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to contribute to a high-performance team culture and seamless in-store operations.
  • For leadership candidates: lead, coach and develop the sales team, drive performance management and steward the store’s commercial and cultural agenda.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or a client-facing role within premium brands.
  • Proven track record of selling to a sophisticated, internationally minded clientele and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with ability to balance customer service and revenue objectives.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-first attitude; ability to represent an iconic Maison with discretion and warmth.

Experience
