Louis Vuitton is hiring a Care Service Project Assistant (Intern) in Paris for a 6‑month full‑time internship starting Sept 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Gather and formalize functional requirements for a Care programme dashboard by interviewing stakeholders across Marketing, Operations and Retail.
  • Design visual and functional mockups to specify the dashboard’s user experience and reporting elements.
  • Coordinate development progress with the Data Care team and perform tests to validate features (UAT).
  • Centralize, organise and update programme documentation, including insights, onboarding materials and process maps.
  • Conduct benchmarks and map existing repair and aftercare processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support global deployment of the Shoes Care & Repair project: consolidate results, document best practices and act as a liaison for regional teams.
  • Contribute to creation of training and communication assets for project roll‑out.

Qualifications

  • Final‑year student in a business school, engineering school or equivalent higher education programme.
  • Strong interest in the luxury sector and customer care/aftercare services.
  • Analytical mindset with good synthesis skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

Experience

Entry‑level requirement for a final‑year student. Previous internships or project experience in project management, operations, consulting or analytics is advantageous but not mandatory.
