Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing product performance across various categories to support insights for Merchandising and cross-functional teams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of product reporting, utilizing tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to present data effectively.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising teams to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks and information gathering.
  • Support data collection and preliminary analysis for the monthly forecasting process, identifying initial trends and potential risks or opportunities.
  • Conduct introductory competitive research, focusing on specific initiatives or market trends.
  • Contribute to the analysis of weekly and monthly business performance data, assisting in the identification of key drivers.
  • Support the Business Performance team with ad-hoc reporting and presentation development, including leadership presentations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on business performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Available to work full-time, 4-5 days per week on-site in New York City.

Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Data-oriented mindset. Attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach. Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally. Strong product sensibility and knowledge of competitive trends. Excellent communication, adaptability, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a related field, suitable for students or recent graduates.
