Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor weekly billing and analyze results and productivity across various dimensions such as price, function, collection, and regions.
- Enhance the High Jewelry catalog application with product sheets and stone information prior to events.
- Create sales and training tools for High Jewelry, including storytelling, stone details, and competitive analysis.
- Support business process evolution projects and integration into new company systems.
- Engage regularly with seven global markets to address commercial requests and provide essential documents.
- Provide operational support for High Jewelry coordination and organize the annual showroom.
- Develop sales support tools with external suppliers and oversee billing for specific items like cases, linings, labels, and translations.
Qualifications
