Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as the expert in the beauty and fragrance category within the store.
• Provide personalized makeup and beauty styling to enhance the Louis Vuitton silhouette.
• Create deep connections with clients and the brand through innovative and engaging storytelling.
• Deliver unforgettable luxury beauty experiences and build long-term client relationships.
• Coach Client Advisors on beauty and fragrance, contributing to the store's expertise.
• Adhere to professionalism, organization, and makeup hygiene standards.
• Act as a team player who values collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience in a luxury environment (over 5 years in beauty/makeup).
• Expert knowledge of products, colors, techniques, and tools as a makeup artist.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and coaching within a team.
• Sensitivity to beauty, fashion, art, and cultural trends with a creative flair.
• Client-centric mindset capable of providing memorable interactions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to form genuine relationships.
• Ability to vividly convey the Louis Vuitton brand and products through storytelling.
• Collaborative spirit focused on teamwork and achieving common goals.
• Capability to tailor beauty styling to diverse client needs.
