Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in product development across various categories in collaboration with Product Managers and other stakeholders, including industrial, logistics, and laboratory teams.
- Monitor budget allocations and expenditures.
- Participate in conceptual discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Serve as the primary liaison with mock-up agencies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence studies.
- Study competitor performance and product portfolios.
- Analyze recent product launches through a monthly newsletter.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by Product Managers.
- Proactively monitor emerging market trends.
- Participate in weekly and monthly presentations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (1st or 2nd year) in business school or equivalent university.
- Genuine interest in the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with BeautyResearch & NPD panels is a plus.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or a related field.
