Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in product development across various categories in collaboration with Product Managers and other stakeholders, including industrial and logistics teams.
- Monitor and manage budgetary allocations for projects.
- Contribute to conceptual discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Serve as the primary contact for mock-up agencies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence studies.
- Evaluate competitor performance and portfolios.
- Create monthly newsletters analyzing recent product launches.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by Product Managers.
- Proactively monitor emerging market trends.
- Participate in weekly and monthly presentations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (year 1 or 2) at a business school or equivalent university.
- Genuine interest in the beauty industry.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Education
Master's degree in progress, preferably in business or a related field.
