Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience that drives sales and repeat business through attentive clienteling and tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and continuously develop deep product and technical expertise across makeup, fragrance and beauty regimes to inform and convert clients.
- Employ storytelling to forge emotional brand connections and articulate the Maison’s heritage, product narratives and global silhouette.
- Take ownership of personal learning and development to keep abreast of product launches, application techniques and brand initiatives.
- Maintain immaculate boutique presentation and merchandising standards to support the luxury retail environment and commercial performance.
- Collaborate proactively with the boutique team to achieve sales targets, participate in promotional activity and share client intelligence.
- Integrate beauty offerings seamlessly into client journeys, aligning consultations with broader Louis Vuitton aesthetics and bespoke service expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury beauty or high-end retail with demonstrable sales results.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships through personalised clienteling and CRM usage.
- Strong product knowledge in cosmetics and fragrances; comfortable delivering technical demonstrations and application advice.
- Exceptional verbal communication and storytelling skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
- High standards of presentation, punctuality and professionalism suited to a flagship boutique environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in luxury beauty or prestige retail, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetics, beauty therapy or retail sales is advantageous.
