Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Style Coordination team in creating product nomenclature based on stylist briefs using the PLM system.
  • Verify material availability for prototype creation and propose alternatives if necessary.
  • Manage the dispatch and availability of reference materials and prototypes.
  • Monitor material delivery to modelers and workshops throughout the development process.
  • Support the launch of certain prototypes, including components.
  • Track the delivery and receipt of prototypes, including software entry and photography.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as order processing and invoice tracking.
  • Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent.
  • Student at Bac+4/+5 level.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of PLM is advantageous. Developed product sensitivity, particularly in leather goods. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability. Excellent time management skills. Proactive, meticulous, autonomous, and initiative-taking.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree at Bac+4/+5 level in a relevant field.
