Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome each client and provide exceptional service.
• Advise clients on the brand and product categories, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and excellence.
• Demonstrate commercial leadership and advanced clienteling skills to retain and recruit clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals, being accountable for team sales results.
• Contribute to store objectives by managing the sales floor, client reception, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Understand and implement company strategy and policies within the team.
• Support managers in prioritizing client satisfaction through coaching and integrating new team members.
• Assist in developing action plans to enhance client portfolios and category performance.
