Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail HRBP Manager in developing and executing regional HR strategies and programs.
- Partner with store managers to provide guidance on HR policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for retail employees.
- Facilitate training and development programs in collaboration with the Learning and Development team.
- Manage employee relations issues, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a preference for experience in retail operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
