Role & Responsibilities

• Repair Louis Vuitton products, including handbags, wallets, and luggage trunks, ensuring adherence to quality specifications and guidelines.
• Utilize skills in sewing, painting, and cutting as necessary for product repair.
• Operate manual tools and equipment provided in the repair process.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify improvement opportunities within the production process.
• Report any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
• Work independently and communicate effectively within a team environment.
• Participate in improvement projects within the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet department goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Pass manual dexterity/sewing test.
• Knowledge of sewing on leather/canvas is a plus.
• Basic math skills required for measuring.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work overtime as required by business demands.
