Role & Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising strategies across multiple retail locations in the South Region.
- Review current rotation and store layout with Store VM and Store-in-Charge.
- Collaborate with Store Managers on VM subjects, including maintenance and props orders.
- Participate in in-store VM activities such as window installations and product rotations.
- Control the quality of implementation through photo analysis and store visits.
- Define store zonings in collaboration with China Communications and Merchandising teams.
- Restock VM props quarterly and ensure their proper implementation.
- Contribute to VM for new store openings.
- Provide feedback and report to the China VM team and Regional Director.
- Attend China VM meetings and seminars.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for candidates with overseas experience.
- Minimum of 6 years in design and/or fashion.
- Passion for the luxury/fashion industry and knowledge of luxury retail business.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English; French is a plus.
