Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all after-sales and service processes in accordance with Louis Vuitton standards.
- Serve as a competent and solution-oriented contact for customer service inquiries.
- Advise and coordinate repair and maintenance services in close collaboration with internal departments.
- Handle complaints with poise, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Actively support the sales team on the floor and contribute to achieving store goals.
- Provide expertise and coaching to the store team on all relevant after-sales topics.
- Conduct cash and inventory processes using the merchandise management system.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial or comparable vocational training.
- Ideally, initial professional experience in retail, preferably in the premium or luxury segment.
