Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a key user in the 'One Manuf' project for the designated area of expertise.
  • Manage supplier invoicing, including creation of supplier records, invoice verification, and accounting, as well as follow-up on invoice validation.
  • Handle customer invoicing, including issuing invoices for finished products, services, and materials, and managing reporting.
  • Oversee sample orders for billing, monitor customer payment schedules, and manage dunning and credit recovery processes.
  • Conduct general accounting tasks, including monthly and annual cost accruals and invoice issuance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and SAP. High level of precision and adherence to deadlines. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders. Fluency in English; knowledge of French is preferred. Willingness to travel.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
