Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and control supplier and customer invoices: verify coding, validate entries and ensure accurate posting in the accounting system.
  • Manage credits and invoices to receive; investigate and resolve supplier disputes and perform supplier follow-ups in accordance with internal processes.
  • Monitor purchase processes to ensure adherence to defined budgets and timely supplier payments.
  • Support BI updates and contribute to the preparation of the annual budget (Budget N+1).
  • Track and drive workflow validations by following up on unprocessed invoices and coordinating reminders with colleagues.
  • Maintain the fixed assets register: supervise inventory, disposals, transfers and ensure data integrity.
  • Contribute to the SAP update project for building assets in coordination with central accounting and tax teams.
  • Lead a key project to reconcile and secure the fixed assets inventory and related queries, ensuring legal/regulatory compliance and consistent data flows to SAP, Agora and OSS.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+2/3 programme in accounting, finance or management (alternance/apprenticeship).
  • Strong organisational skills, rigor and autonomy; ability to prioritise and manage follow‑up tasks.
  • Good analytical aptitude and attention to detail, particularly for reconciliations and inventory controls.
  • Comfortable with office tools, especially Excel; familiarity with SAP, Power BI or other ERPs is an advantage.

Experience

Entry level — suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience; the position is designed for students undertaking an alternating apprenticeship as part of their Bac+2/3 studies.

Education

Enrolment in a Bac+2/3 (Associate degree / Higher National Diploma) in accounting, finance or equivalent.
