Loto del Sur in Paris seeks a Product Manager, Home & Fragrance to lead product development and launches for the home scent category.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the Home & Fragrance product strategy across ranges (candles, diffusers, room sprays, accessories) in alignment with brand positioning and commercial targets.
  • Write creative and technical product briefs for perfumers, material suppliers and packaging partners; manage development cycles from concept to finished product.
  • Own costing, pricing and margin analysis for the category; work with sourcing and finance to secure competitive costs while protecting brand standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders — supply chain, quality, marketing, visual merchandising and retail — to ensure timely launches and in-store readiness.
  • Manage packaging design and production specifications, ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainability objectives are met.
  • Plan go-to-market activities including pre-launch merchandising, POS materials, sell-in tools, and sales training for wholesale and retail teams.
  • Monitor category KPIs, sales performance and inventory levels; perform post-launch reviews and iterate assortments based on commercial and qualitative feedback.
  • Develop strong relationships with external partners (perfumers, factories, designers) and oversee supplier quality and delivery performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, product design or a related discipline; advanced degree or specialised training in fragrance/luxury management preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in product management within home fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle categories — preferably in the premium or luxury segment.
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience in pricing, margin analysis and P&L contribution for product ranges.
  • Knowledge of fragrance development processes, packaging production and regulatory requirements for consumer fragrance products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear product briefs and present to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience

Typically 3–5 years of progressive product management experience in home fragrance, perfumery, cosmetics or adjoining lifestyle categories, with proven exposure to development processes, supplier management and commercial launches in the premium/luxury space.

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, product design or similar; master's degree or specialised certification in luxury management or olfactive studies is advantageous.
