Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the department manager to optimize processes.
• Operate manual processes such as loading/unloading machines and using industrial washers to develop a comprehensive understanding of all operational activities in the department.
• Develop and share specific knowledge about the effects of fulling agents on various types of natural fibers during thermal washing and drying cycles.
• Monitor the quality of work performed to ensure it meets required standards.
• Manage daily activities according to established timelines, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Utilize company IT systems for data and departmental flow management.
• Propose procedural or technical improvements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the textile industry, preferably knitwear.
• Proficiency in using IT systems.
• Excellent organizational and management skills, particularly in time and priority management.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Leadership inclination.
• Familiarity with the effects of fulling agents on natural fibers is preferred.
• Previous experience in the textile field is preferred.
