Role & Responsibilities

  • Uphold Loro Piana's style and standards in product alterations to meet client requests, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and quality.
  • Identify and recommend the most suitable alterations to exceed client expectations, ensuring garments fit individual preferences.
  • Ensure timely completion and precision in all clothing repairs, maintaining an elevated shopping experience for clients.
  • Support the store team in the sales process by defining and executing product fittings, providing valuable insights to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Procure required materials, ensuring availability for alterations and repairs.
  • Maintain all tools in optimal condition and an organized workspace for seamless operations.
  • Communicate with external suppliers to ensure proper administrative processes in coordination with the Accounting department.
  • Conduct quality checks on items and materials produced by external suppliers, ensuring they meet Loro Piana’s qualitative standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of tailoring and sewing experience.

Skills

Demonstrated excellence in tailoring with strong attention to detail. Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of fabrics, clothing design, and construction. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of tailoring and sewing experience is required.
